It’s more than 50 years since Yveline Prat met her husband Alain. Within a year, the pair were married and established a wine estate in the Champagne region.

Her uncle Georges helped the pair in the early days and passed on his farm, La Chapelle, and his knowledge to them. In creating a new range of prestige Champagnes in 2002, it seemed only natural to name it in his honour.

This family-owned grower selects the best grapes for its Champagnes, which then spend years in their cellars to enrich their aromas and refine the wine’s sparkle.

De-alcoholised wine is changing the conversation around NoLo.

Far from the flat flavours once associated with alcohol-free options, today’s producers are mastering the craft.

Grapes are still harvested following every traditional winemaking step... but once complete, the alcohol is gently removed through a precise physical process that preserves the wine’s natural texture, aroma and character.

The result is a true reflection of the vineyard, just without the alcohol.
