When you realise just what the last six months have thrown at you but you're still growing, showing up and doing life well

This year has been incredibly hard, I started 2026 feeling healthy and in a good place

In February I was diagnosed with my first chronic illness, by April I'd lost my mum, grandma and spent three weeks in hospital after having a serious life altering allergic reaction

It's only now that I'm able to reflect back on this and realise I'm made of strong stuff!

I'm proud of me and I know my mum and grandma would be too 💜

An update...

Most of you know I've been struggling with the after effects of recovering from dress syndrome in amongst managing my trigeminal neuralgia pain, navigating the loss of my mum and grandma plus the craziness of the school holidays!

Its been a lot and I feel like I'm only now able to breathe a little bit and think clearly

Thankyou all for baring with me and continuing to support me despite very little updates ❤️

I'm getting there slowly but surely and I'm planning on filming some reels today explaining a little bit more 💜
