One of this morning’s jobs involved diagnosing a **PCB heater fault**.

After testing, we found that a **failed relay on the main circuit board** was preventing the required **240V from reaching the heater**.

The correct replacement part has now been ordered and the repair will be completed once it arrives. ✅
