**A little update ❤️**

All outstanding orders have now been cancelled. Unfortunately, my recovery has not gone as expected, and I have had to take an extended period of leave.

My eBay shop has been closed, and I have removed custom orders from my website for the time being. I’m hoping to return as soon as I’m well enough, but right now my health has to be my priority.

I’m also very sorry to anyone who hasn’t received communication from me. I simply haven’t been well enough to respond or deal with messages properly. Please know that I have not ignored anyone intentionally.

I also want to make it clear that I will not accept being called a scammer. I am genuinely unwell, and this situation has been incredibly difficult for me. I have always cared about my customers and my work, and I hope that can be understood.

Thank you so much to everyone who has continued to support me, shown patience, and sent kind messages and get-well wishes. They really do mean more than you know. ❤️

I hope to be back when I’m ready and well enough. Until then, thank you for your understanding and kindness. ❤️

Hi everyone,

Firstly, I want to apologise for my recent radio silence.

As a small business, Preloved Soft Toys is just me. I’ve always felt that bringing personal struggles into my business can feel unprofessional, but I also feel that I owe my customers some honesty—especially those of you who have been waiting to hear from me this past week.

Sometimes your mind simply doesn’t work the way you need it to. Simple tasks can suddenly feel almost impossible, and it can be difficult to explain why, or even understand it yourself.

I want to apologise to anyone I haven’t contacted recently, and for not being my usual self with posting, messages and general day-to-day business.

I want to be clear that I am not fragile, and I am certainly not incapable. But sometimes, when something inside you feels broken for reasons you can’t always explain, you need to take a little time to protect yourself and put yourself back together again.

Mental health does not define me, and it never has. It is simply part of my journey and, although I may occasionally need to take a step back, I will always come back.

This time has just taken me a little longer to recover from.

I have worked far too hard to allow something I never asked for, or wanted, to take control of my life. So this week, I’m kicking this episode and pushing myself to find my way back to me.

I’m incredibly grateful for the continued support, trust and kindness you all show both me and my small business. It genuinely means more than you know.

All regular orders placed through my direct website will be heading out tomorrow. I do expect there to be approximately a one-week delay on custom orders while I catch up and get myself back into my usual routine.

Thank you for your patience, your understanding and, most importantly, for continuing to support Preloved Soft Toys.

I’ll be back to annoying you all with posts very soon 🤍
