As if this week wasn’t stressful enough, EHO turned up this morning! 🤣

We are so proud to tell you we have maintained our incredibly high standards, and received another 5* Hygiene rating.🙌🏼

Anybody that knows me, knows just how much this means to me… but I absolutely cannot take all the credit because our team all go above and beyond to ensure we are operating at the highest standard, week in, week out. It’s a real team effort, and takes a lot of hard work from all of us.♥️

Hygiene ratings aren’t just about cleanliness, it’s everything that you don’t see going on behind the scenes too, and SO MUCH paperwork. (IYKYK)

We really will have a spring in our step going into this weekend, ready to celebrate our bakery’s 2nd birthday on Friday & Saturday this week from 11am.😍🥳♥️
