Another lovely Saturday spent with the Dancing Pony Events gang! The sun was streaming in, there were sweet treats, yummy coffee, such lovely customers and familiar faces and to top it off I acquired a giant panda which is always the sign of a good day 😂

I’m having a bit of a break and some much needed rest over August so my next fair will be Wanstead Vintage Fair on 29th August!

Sometimes as a vintage trader, things sell the first time you take them out to a fair. And other times you’ll have something for years and are always a bit confused about why it hasn’t sold yet as it’s FAB. Then the right person comes along and you’re like “ooooh ok, THIS is why!”… it just takes a bit of time for a piece to be seen by the right person to bring it to life!

I sold this yesterday at Helen_Rollason_Cancer_Charity event at Hedingham Castle and my lovely customer loved it so much that she just kept it on! Which is always the highest compliment 🥰

☀️ THIS WEEKEND ☀️ I’m mega excited to be joining the guys at Go East Vintage Markets again this weekend, this time at Wapping Power Station, which looks like such an incredible location 😍

I’ve been busy ironing loads of new summer stock (during the heatwave I might add) and cannot wait to see which pieces get picked out and rehomed! See you there!

Everything is now steamed, sorted and packed away for tomorrows fair! I’m super excited to join the guys at North London Curated at Floral Hall in Crouch End for their festival edit!

I’ve picked out loads of floaty prairie styles, 80s embellished denim and some fab suede & leather pieces to bring with me alongside my table of sparkly bits and bobs!

This weekend I’m VERY excited to be joining the gang at for their 1940s wartime & rationing weekender! There will be a flypast, vehicle display, re-enactors, dancing and more (I will also have to try my best not to be an embarrassing big sister while my brother is doing his train driving thing 😂). In a lovely full circle moment I’ll also be joined by the fabulous .glamour.with.anna on the Sunday, who I met while trading at my very first fair! She’ll be hairspraying and backcombing her way through the day, creating fabulous 40s hairdos! Drop her a DM if you’d like to secure an appointment!

I havent done an event like this in many a year and cant wait! Keep an eye on my stories for some stock previews! For now though, I’m off to practice my victory rolls…

Fully refreshed and grateful after a fabulous weekend of selling vintage! Well, fabulous apart from Saturdays rain! But the girls still smashed another amazing market despite the downpour!!

Sunday was spent at in Mile End with some very special pieces going off to their new homes!!

Admittedly I’d had a bit of a bumpy start to the year in terms of markets, which no one ever likes to admit to. But weekends like the last few have left me feeling truly so grateful, inspired and reinvigorated! I absolutely love sourcing and sharing vintage with all you lovely people, seeing things get tried on and come alive in front of you is just magical! I’m so excited for the summer events ahead!
