Morning lovelies, so I've been putting this off for weeks now but I feel like I'm fighting a very one sided fight with Amazon Handmade. So a little about my issue. I'm obviously a UK company but due to sales going down I've been deregistered for VAT. Thats the problem and only problem. Amazon has increased that problem tenfold. Because my VAT number has been removed they now believe I am a foreign company (but didn't for the 4 years I've been sending items 🤷♀️). They have been threatening to deactivate my account for 30 days & just 33 days left 😪. I have called them several times. They received the proof from HMRC on the 1st September. Let that sink in 23 days ago and its still pending verification!! Sleepless nights, sales off a cliff and in the hands of a corporation that obviously don't care about their sellers. NOONE helps when you call they just tell you to wait and not worry about it. Sadly I feel my business is now over but wanted to thank all my loyal customers. I am still selling on Etsy UK and eBay UK but my journey on Amazon UK is sadly now over.
