UK woodchip forms part of the feedstock we use to produce our wood pellets at our Gloucestershire plant. 🇬🇧

From there, the material is processed, dried and prepared before it reaches the pellet line and becomes the finished product ready for delivery. ✅

Hot off the press and straight onto the lorry. 🔥

Our wood pellets are loaded on site at the same Gloucestershire plant where they are produced. From the production line, they move into our delivery fleet and then directly to customers across England and Wales. 🚛

We manufacture the pellets ourselves rather than importing a finished product, giving us control over production, quality and delivery from start to finish. 🇬🇧🌿

The heat behind our wood pellet production. 🔥

Inside our Gloucestershire plant, hot water moves through a controlled circuit into heat exchangers, before cooler water returns through the system.

The recovered heat is then used to dry our raw material before it moves into pellet production. This helps us control moisture properly and prepare the material before it reaches the pellet press. ✅

It is one of the less visible parts of the process, but an important one. By linking our CHP system directly with our pellet plant, we keep more of the process in-house and make better use of the energy we produce. 🌿

It means we are not importing material, and we are making the most of what comes through our sawmill by turning by products into pellets. ✅
