Deliciously hearty Mac & Cheese finished under the grill for that extra taste. Our tasty sauce is make with Durum Wheat pasta and Waterers' Working Horses ancient grain organic stone ground flour.

Choice of toppings at 50p each including

A MASSIVE thank you to everyone who came to see us at Besshill Farm Shop on Saturday! ❤️🔥

Our first pop-up was a proper milestone for us, and seeing so many of you turn up, eat our food and support what we’re building honestly meant the world.

We’ve put a serious amount of work into getting Jim Slimm’s BBQ to this point, so to finally serve it up to you all was bloody brilliant. 🍖🔥

Tacos baaaaaby!! 🌮🪇🔥🤤

🇲🇽Tacos boxes are here to stay over September!

Tuesday & Wednesday 5:30-7:30

For the next 2 weeks we will stick with our Jim Slimm's BBQ marinated chicken & cheese tacos and our seasonal veg tacos (squash, mushroom and courgettes)

Each box comes with 2 loaded tacos, cumin and oregano slaw, Tajin USA pineapple, house nachos, Pinkled onions, onion & coriander salsa, lime and my favourites… Sweet Drop peppers, also known as biquinho peppers. They are not spicy, they are sweet. Please try them! They are amazing!

University of Chef-field and I will discuss the tacos to serve over September but what would you like to see?
