Without her, there would be no Stitchi!
Before fabric, sewing tutorials and subscription boxes, Andrea spent 25 years working in the NHS, starting her career as a midwife before later training as a nurse practitioner.
Then in 2011, she decided it was time for a completely new adventure… and Always Knitting & Sewing was born!
What started as a little family business has changed A LOT over the years.
We’ve had a shop, taught classes, sold rather a lot of wool, survived the craziness of Covid, closed our doors to the public and eventually re-branded as Stitchi.
Andrea is still very much at the heart of it all, choosing fabrics, coming up with ideas, making decisions and generally keeping the rest of us in order 😂
15 years later, we're still a small family business and very proud of it 💜
