Here’s a look at what Ixta Belfrage cooked when she came to our Exmoor cabin for Fire Pit Sessions.

A whole sea bass with citrus brown butter, and black pepper pork steaks resting over tomatoes with pickled shallots and pomegranate.

Both finished with olive oil from Citizens of Soil.
