Winner winner roast chicken dinner last night but with a twist.

Mixed some of (smokin choco) and rapeseed oil and rubbed it all over the chicken 🌶️🌶️ then popped the chicken on slices of apple and onions which mashed down nicely to make a tasty gravy by adding stock, flour and water and then straining to make sure it was nice and smooth.

Cooked the roasties in rapeseed oil and coated them with semolina for an extra crunch 😋 added roasted parsnips, carrots, mashed swede and peas and corn for colour.

The smoking choco (swipe across) packed a delicious punch, even hubby who prefers plain roast chicken said he would definitely have it again. Result 👍

A Beautiful Decadent Chocolate & Blackberry Tart, with homemade vegan shortcrust pastry.

This gorgeous blackberry studded vegan chocolate ganache has a touch of Smokin’ Choco sauce is an explosion of texture and flavours 😛the chilli sauce adds a hint of warmth without over powering the decadent richness of the chocolate ganache or the fresh sweet blackberries.

I adapted this recipe from to maintain a light crispy pastry I brushed melted chocolate on the bottom of the pastry before I topped it with fresh blackberries as the juice from soft fruit would have seeped into the pastry making it soft and soggy. For the chocolate ganache I used sweetened condensed milk and coconut milk this combination works brilliantly 🙌 I finished the tart by topping it with 100% plant double cream this whisks up beautifully 🙌chocolate curls, homemade pastry leaves, fresh blackberries and a dusting of cocoa powder.

Seriously Delicious 😋

Hey! Hope you had a nice weekend! I have received this lovely recipe idea with "play w/matchas". Free range chicken breast with pomme puree and... matcha&jalapeno sauce. Supergood!

Hi Folks! Hope you are well! New recipe on the way! Supereasy, superclassic :
A sweet tangy and creamy sauce that, in my opinion, goes well with everything!
INGREDIENTS
-mayo (use vegan mayo for vegan option
- Chilli.Mustard.
- honey (use plant based for vegan option like agave or maple syrup)
- black pepper.
STEPS
-ONLY ONE! Mix all the ingredients together. Ready!
To prove that it goes well with everything I am having it with tuna steak! Enjoy!

I would like to tell you something that happened today.
I was looking at some pictures and I found this one. ⬆️ This box with 6 hot sauces was last year's Christmas gift for my friends.
I had decided to do something on my own for them and I had made this set 😁
When people ask me "how did you get started with Nico's Hot Sauce?", I always think about this little box and what started with it 🌶️🙏

Delivery day = happy day 😁😁😁😁😁. I know it has been a tough year for many reason and the weather this summer didn't help the growers. But the waiting was worth it. 😎😎🌶️🔥🌶️🔥👍
