✨ Could you be the next craftsperson at Clevedon Craft Centre? ✨

Calling all budding craftspeople, makers and creatives! 👋

Do you have a unique craft that you’ve been creating at home, but feel that now is the time to take the next step and have a customer-facing space of your own?

One of our studios at Clevedon Craft Centre is now available to rent — and studios here don’t become available very often!

We’re looking for someone who can bring something new and different to our collection of traditional and heritage crafts, whilst adding to the creative spirit and variety here. 

We’re already home to a talented bunch of craftspeople, including a goldsmith, potter, woodturner, leathercraft maker and textile artist — but what could you bring?

🎨 Perhaps you’re an artist?

🪟 A stained-glass maker?

🌿 A willow weaver?

🪵 A traditional maker or artisan?

We’re particularly interested in traditional and heritage crafts, and we’d love to hear from someone who can bring a new skill, craft or creative discipline to us.

If you’ve been dreaming of taking your craft from creating at home to having a place where customers can see, buy and experience your work, this could be your opportunity to take the leap!

Why not pop along and spend a few lovely hours exploring the wonderful work of our resident makers? Our studios are full of creativity, talent and unique handmade treasures, so make sure you visit all of the studios — each one has something different to offer!

🕙 Studios open: around 10am–4pm
☕ Little Leaf & Bean Coffee Shop: 9.30am–3.30pm

Pop into Little Leaf & Bean for delicious coffees and teas, light lunches, tasty cheese scones and tempting cakes. The perfect place to relax and refuel while you explore! 🍰☕

Have a chat with our resident makers and discover more about their crafts, creations and the inspiration behind their work. 🧵🎨✨

And keep your eyes peeled… 🦆🐔 Our friendly ducks and chickens will most likely come along to say hello too!

☕🥤 Our coffee shop is open until 3pm, serving a selection of hot drinks, iced coffees and refreshing cold drinks, as well as cakes, sweet treats and light bites. Perfect for a warm summer’s day!

✨ Come and discover the wonderful world of heritage crafts, meet the talented makers and see traditional crafts being made right before your eyes.

Whether you’re visiting for the crafts, a coffee, a browse or simply to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, we’d love to see you.

This weekend, you'll find a few of our studios closed as some of our talented independent makers are taking a well-earned break or attending festivals/markets. As small independent businesses, it's unfortunately not possible for them to be in two places at once!

This doesn't happen very often, so we apologise in advance if your favourite studio isn't open during your visit.

The good news is that our coffee shop will be open, along with a selection of studios, so there's still plenty to enjoy. It will just be a little quieter than usual – the perfect opportunity to take things at a slower pace, browse, and relax.

🌿🦔 Meet our newest (and prickliest!) resident! 🦔🌿

Our talented resident wood turner John has been busy working his magic, transforming an ordinary bush into this adorable hedgehog! The face has been lovingly hand-turned from wood, bringing this little character to life.

Our studios are open today from around 10am until 4pm, so why not pop in, say hello, and see what other wonderful creations our makers have been working on?

Now, here's where we need your help... our little hedgehog needs a name! 💚
