Our sales team spent a day in Northallerton with Cargill and came back with some brilliant insights.

One moment that stuck? Standing outside on a cold, wet day and watching the THI monitor read 63. Borderline heat stress. A reminder that cows feel it long before we do.

The day covered everything from colostrum quality and calf feeder management to dry cow heat stress and the impact it can have across three generations at once.

This weeks Wagon Wednesday features our very own Alice who jumped in the cab of DN74 to take part in Charlie's Convoy in Great Eccleston 🚛

Created in memory of five year old Charlie, who fought an ependymoma brain tumour for three years with incredible bravery, the convoy raises vital funds to offer respite breaks for families living with or affected by childhood brain tumours.

A cause very close to many hearts and one absolutely worth showing up for. Our Alice was proud to be part of it this year in DN74 🚛💛

Some of our team recently headed down to Derbyshire for a tour and training day at DSM, and it's fair to say they came back with their heads full of knowledge. 🧪

It was a brilliant opportunity to see first hand exactly how our premixes are manufactured, and to deepen their understanding of the vitamins, minerals and trace elements that play such a critical role in livestock health and performance.

The knowledge our team brings back from days like this feeds directly into the advice they give to farmers. That's the whole point.
