A little peek behind the scenes at my inbox lately… 🥹🧶✨

Those booking emails just keep landing, and honestly, it makes me so happy to see my workshop diary filling up in all the best ways!

The new website has made such a difference already, with bookings coming through so easily but what means even more to me is seeing families recommending me to other families, and students recommending my workshops to their friends.

That really is the loveliest feeling. Knowing that people are enjoying their time here enough to tell someone else about it is something I’ll never take for granted.

It’s been a pretty amazing start to this new season for my business and I’m feeling very grateful for every booking, every recommendation and every lovely family and student who comes through my door.

🎉 IT’S OFFICIAL… MY WEBSITE IS LIVE! 🎉

After months of work behind the scenes, I’m SO excited to finally say that Sweet Stitches By Fay has a website!

This has been a real labour of love, and I’m so proud to finally have a little online home for my workshops, parties and everything else Sweet Stitches has to offer.

A huge thank you to my amazing husband for building the website from scratch for me - HOURSSSSS have gone into this and I couldn’t be more grateful for him bringing my vision to life. Not forgetting the wonderful for the gorgeous photographs that bring it all to life! 📸

✨ From today, ALL future bookings will go through the website. ✨

You’ll be able to browse upcoming sessions, see what’s available and book your space all in one place, which should make things much easier for you AND save me a very large amount of admin! (Small business win…! 😂🙌🏼)

I’ll also be adding new sessions regularly, so if there isn’t quite a date that works for you right now, keep checking back as more workshops and events will be added throughout the year. 🍂 HAT SEASON IS COMING… 🍂

And, I might be getting slightly excited about it… 🧶

I’ve been stocking up on ALL the colours ready for hat season because, with September just around the corner (how is it tomorrow?!), those cooler days and cosy evenings are going to be creeping in before we know it!

Yes, summer might be coming to an end… but, there’s SO much magic in autumn…
Crisp mornings, cosy jumpers, hot chocolates, changing leaves… and of course, a brand new hat! 🤎

So, the BIG questions are:

🌈 Are you a bright & colourful kind of person?
🤍 Or do you prefer soft & neutral tones?

And perhaps the most important question of all…

🎀 POM-POM OR NO POM-POM?! 😂

My double-layer winter knit beanies will be available VERY soon, in sizes from newborn right through to baby, toddler, child, teen and adult.

And yes - pom-poms are completely optional!

If you already know your perfect colour, you can get your order in early to make sure you don’t miss out if your favourite starts disappearing quickly. 👀

What a summer it has been! 🥹🧶💕

I honestly don’t think I could put into words just how much I’ve loved every single crochet workshop this summer.

To every new face who has walked through my door, picked up a crochet hook for the very first time and discovered the joy that this amazing craft can bring… thank you. 🥰

And to all of my returning students who came back for another session, and then another… honestly, you have no idea what that means to me!!

Having you choose to spend your time learning, creating and crocheting with me is the biggest compliment I could receive. Watching your confidence grow, seeing the things you create and knowing that you’re falling in love with crochet just like I did is the absolute best part of what I do. 🧶✨

It is such a privilege to teach this wonderful skill to so many amazing young people, and I feel incredibly lucky to have had such a busy, happy and crochet-filled summer!

And now… September is officially SOLD OUT! 🎉

Bring on October… I can’t wait to see more of you, welcome some new faces and, of course, get those hooks moving again! 🧶💕
