When children are more socially and emotionally aware and skilled, they can more effectively navigate relationships, calm down and problem solve when challenges arise - this is so important to develop in the classroom and for children to be able to recognise and respond to emotions. It also helps us as adults to respond appropriately to their emotional needs ✨✨✨
