Two different photos and a little editing. I tweaked the contrast and the colour saturation a little on the first one to brighten the glare for effect and brought the contrast down on the second one to make everything a little darker below the neckline - just enough to make her face more of a focal point.

For close up portraiture I got a decent result with an 85mm prime lens. She was on the move at the time. With the aperture dialled all the way down to 1.8 everything behind her expression is de-focused and makes her features stand out in contrast.
