🎃 WE'RE RECRUITING – HALLOWEEN WEEK EVENTS ASSISTANT! 🎃

A fantastic opportunity to gain some real work experience this October half-term!

Sweet Tiger in Crowthorne is looking for a confident, friendly and enthusiastic Events Assistant to help us during our Halloween Week celebrations!

This is a ONE-WEEK CONTRACT ONLY, ideal for somebody aged 16+ who wants to gain valuable work experience in a fun, customer-facing environment.

👻 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Halloween Week at Sweet Tiger is all about creating a fun and memorable experience for the children and families visiting our shop.

You'll be helping to run activities such as our Spin the Spooky Wheel and Trick or Treat Challenge, encouraging children to participate, chatting to families and helping create a fantastic Halloween atmosphere!

⭐ THE FIVE QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Confidence – comfortable approaching and speaking to adults and children from day one.
- Punctuality – reliable and ready to work at your agreed times. Must be available Sat-Sat during the half term (not open on Sundays). Please do not apply if you are not available every day during this week.
- Friendliness – welcoming, smiley and approachable.
- Willingness to get involved – enthusiastic, proactive and happy to join in with all our Halloween activities.
- Happy to talk to people – naturally chatty and able to make customers feel welcome.

You don't need previous retail experience, but you MUST be comfortable communicating with customers straight away. Unfortunately, we won't have time to build someone's confidence during this busy week on this occassion.

💷 HOURS

- One-week contract during October half-term
- Approximately 2–6 hours per day, depending on how busy we are

Applicants must be aged 16 or over. Unfortunately, there isn't sufficient time to arrange the necessary council paperwork for younger applicants.

📩 HOW TO APPLY

Please email [email protected].

You do NOT need to send a CV!

Simply tell us a little about yourself and give us an example of a time when you've demonstrated confidence, friendliness or enthusiasm when dealing with people.

You're also very welcome to pop into the shop and introduce yourself!

Please do not apply through Facebook Messenger. Applications must be emailed.
Closing date this Friday!

We usually receive a large number of applications, so unfortunately we won't be able to reply to everyone. If you haven't heard from us by Sunday.

We'd love to find somebody who can help make Halloween Week at Sweet Tiger extra special for our younger customers!
