Keep being asked similar types of questions about my skin..
So hope this helps...
I use cleanser
I use delicate beauty oil blended with hydrating lotion
I don't wear concealer or foundation
I do wear blusher, lipstick and mascara
I drink around 5 litres of water a day
I go to bed when I am tired even if it's 6.45pm and wake naturally with no alarm
I don't drink alcohol or coffee
Very occasionally I puff
I do eat chocolate and cheese every day
I minimise my processed food intake
I exercise every day that my body tells me it wants to
I make allowances for my injury
I mediate when I need it
I follow for training and lift weights
I avoid the no pain no gain approach
