I have always had a passion for cooking. A small established business specialising in bespoke cakes for any celebration.

As well as bespoke cakes for all occasions, I make artisan jams, chutneys and fruit vinegers, by hand in small batches in in my home registared Carmarthenshire Kitchen. The sun is splitting the pavers here. Another beautiful day for Marina Market - Swansea. Here from 10-3 today with all my LBH goodies and lots of other stunning food and craft stalls.

Can’t fault the view from the office this morning. It’s another stunner and a lovely day to visit Mumbles Market. Loads of fabulous food and craft stalls. Here from 9-1 today.

Ok some good news and some not so good news……..
The good news is I’ve Tummelberry and boysenberry jams back in stock. Yay!

The bad news is that it’s been a horrid year for farmers and growers and the weather has affected many fruit crops. I’ve enough Tummelberries for a couple of batches but my lovely grower lost his entire Tayberry crop so I’ve no Tayberries at all this year. ☹️

The Tummelberry jam won’t be around for long so please don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Absolutely perfect weather for gowershow today. There’s a sense of anticipation in the air for a fabulous day, in another beautiful setting. If you’re coming to the show I’m down in the food court, please pop by and say hello.

It’s got to be said but this is one of the best views from the office of the year. I’m currently setting up at sioeaberteifi getting ready for another fabulous day in the food marque with loads of amazing local producers. Hope to see you later.

Back at the beautiful st_dogmaels_market today from 9-1. Nestled next to the Abbey ruins it’s a really lovely setting with lovely local produce and crafts.

Back at the beautiful Aur today for their producers and makers market. It’s a great location and dog friendly too. I’ve brought The ginger ninja with me today to give a helping paw behind the stall. She’d love a cwtch if you’re passing.
