Phew 😥 this heat is a killer! Especially working in a small space in full sun ☀️ I’ve got a blanket fort over the flowers trying to keep them alive long enough to be used 😭

This beautiful vintage bouquet was made for a lovely ladies 90th birthday! I hope I’m still twiddling with my flowers at 90 ❤️🌺

I’d just left school, I was 16 - I remember getting the glasses free in the newspaper 😂 ya know, it’s been 27 years since the last one - sorry if that makes you feel old like it did me 😂😂

Cor were knackered today! Three boxes of flowers arrived this morning from the fabulous J. van VLIET Cash & Carry Group - as usual they are 🧑‍🍳 💋 we have a very special tribute to make up to for a lovely lady and of course all your wonderful orders ❤️🌺 thank you so much for following us along on our little journey! These were an order and a gift basket for a wonderful friend who offers nothing but love & support Jenefer Swann 🌻 it was wonderful to see you today!!

Is it too early to start talking about shh 🤫

I know I know, it’s a beautiful sunny day and hot and Christmas it’s another 4 months away! But as a florist & an avid prepper who will be working everyday, I feel like I need to mention it 😁

Christmas is one of our busiest times, like valentines & Mother’s Day.. but it’s also up there with the more expensive! Anything red, Christmassy & winter themed is going to go up in price.. things like holly, red roses, amaryllis - they go up in price. We also have an increased workload as wreaths, table centrepieces & Christmas bouquets all come in around the same time.

Ideally.. if you know you’ll want something for Christmas, please pre-order! Pre-orders are slightly cheaper as I have time to plan and shop around for the best prices! You can pre-order now right up until November 30th, after that it’s Christmas prices I’m afraid!
