RE:new closed today.
You might think it was a difficult day, letting go of the little place we’ve loved. But we bid farewell in true Deb + Ali style with prosecco and pastries, we spent most of the day in the shop together, some of our children popped by to see us, customers we now see as friends came to wish us luck, some sent cards, many sent messages, our 1924 friends hugged us and wished us well. And we bloody well celebrated ourselves for being awesome, for taking a risk in the midst of covid times, for facing the challenges, for not having a plan but doing it anyway, for being proud to wear second hand clothes most of the time, for being great partners.
