Concern Worldwide is looking for a passionate and motivated Shop Manager to lead our brand new charity shop on Castle Street in Derry City - set to become one of the most exciting new additions to the local high street.

This is your chance to combine your retail leadership skills with a role that creates lasting impact, raising vital funds to support Concern Worldwide's work tackling poverty and humanitarian crises across the globe.

As Shop Manager, you'll:
🛍️ Lead and inspire a fantastic team of staff and volunteers
💚 Deliver excellent customer service
📈 Drive sales and maximise fundraising income
🤝 Build strong connections within the local community
🌍 Support Concern's mission to end extreme poverty
