With the weather changed and darker nights are drawing in quickly it’s time for the candles to come back out ♥️

Nothing beats locking the outside out on a dark cold night, snuggled in a blanket and lamps on and the candles flickering away.

Nothing beats that as the homely feel ever 🙌🏻

Good morning

So the holidays are over in the blink of an eye

First day of the new school year starts for us today and of course all holidays the kids are up at the crack of dawn but today it’s a lie in day 🤦🏼‍♀️

What’s been happening behind the scenes….. not much to be honest I took the summer off as we went away for half of it celebrating the husbands and youngest birthday in Florida ❤️

Now the kids are back and routine starts again you will see and hear more of me 🙌🏻

Shock more time has passed and I’ve not posted

I’m still here but this time of year with the kids is just so busy I don’t ever seem to have a day spare

Football season is full of tournaments and friendlies

Dance shows have been and gone

End of school is fast approaching and then it’s summer holidays 😳

I’ve been so absent from RosyBow recently but life has just been so full on. I have been still making up for those that have asked for bits I just haven’t been advertising.

As you all know I’m running London marathon again this year and I’m 6 weeks away now!

I am 10 weeks deep into my training programme and the miles sure are high!

I am only 2 weeks ….. 2 weeks from peak and that will be my final high milage run of 22 miles 👀😬 and then it’s taper and my god will I enjoy it to start giving my lil legs a rest from these 18+ miles on a long run 🙌🏻

As I am running for charity this year I have a raffle on board to help raise funds and not only that you have the chance to win £1000 🙏😬

How’s it going for everyone else?

Been pretty quiet this end so what have I been doing……

Running, pretty much 😂 upto half marathon distance now 😬

Have been playing with some new oils, hoping this weekend to do a big batch up on all the melts we’re out of and then have a go at a new scent for a candle 👀😂

Have some oils in mind to bring in but first need to find space and use up the ones I have 😝

Christmas and new year seem like so long ago now! But you guys kept me busy as ever 🙌🏻

As the picture shows yes I am mad enough to be doing London again this year so I will be doing some amazing offers to help fundraise for the unreal charity Young lives Vs Cancer that I am so proud to be running for this time round
