For as long as I can remember, my mum and I would always say...
“It’s a knowing.”
Not something you could explain.
Not something you could always prove.
Just a quiet feeling deep within your soul that whispered,
“I already know.”
I’ve always struggled to find the right words for the spiritual things I’ve felt, sensed, and sometimes even seen throughout my life. It has never felt like something my mind could fully explain. It was simply... a knowing.
A feeling that there was more to this life than what we could see.
Over the last couple of years, I’ve realised that some of the most important moments in my life haven’t come from logic.
They’ve come from a feeling.
A pull.
An inner knowing that my mind couldn’t quite understand yet.
I truly believe our souls carry a wisdom that stretches far beyond this lifetime.
Perhaps that’s why we sometimes meet people who feel instantly familiar, find ourselves drawn to certain places, or simply know something before we have any reason to.
Lately, I also feel like something is shifting.
More and more people seem to be slowing down, questioning life a little more deeply, reconnecting with nature, trusting their intuition, and remembering parts of themselves that have been quiet for a long time.
Whether you call it a spiritual awakening, intuition, or simply coming home to yourself...
I think many of us are beginning to remember the wisdom our souls have always carried.
Not because someone told us who we are.
But because our souls never forgot.
