SCAM ALERT 🚨

Although the majority of text in this post is a copy/paste situation this actually happened to me last year

People are using AI to generate fake photos of "damaged" items and claiming refunds from small businesses.

I've seen this happen so many times and I needed to warn you.

They buy your product.

It arrives perfectly fine.

They run it through an AI image tool.

They send you a photo of it "broken."

They demand a refund.

And it looks convincing.

Here's the one thing you need to do if this ever lands in your inbox —

Ask for a video.

Not a photo. A video of the item showing the damage.

You don't have to accuse anyone of anything.

Just say you need it to raise a claim with the courier. Polite. Professional. Protects you.

Videos are MUCH harder to fake than photos.

It's gutting that we have to think like this. But this IS happening and small businesses are losing real money because of it.

Holidays are well and truly over and it's back to normal.
