🌻🌸 NEXT BIG MAKES INCOMING… 🌸🌻

Well… the crochet boxes are filling up again! 👀🧶
Lots and LOTS of individual pieces are ready and waiting for assembly… but can you guess what I’m making? 😏🌻🌸

I’m officially on the one week countdown until the BIG MOVE! 🏡🔑📦 and apparently my plan is to squeeze in as many orders as humanly possible before then 😂

Crochet… assemble… pack an order… pack a box… repeat! 🤣

I wonder how many more orders I’ll manage to complete before moving day?! 👀

One week today!! Eeeek! 🏡❤️

And just like that… from packing thistles to packing up our whole life 😂📦🏡

With my HUGE order finished and heading on their way, it’s time to turn my attention back to this little lot… 😅

After 10 years in this house, it feels so strange seeing our lives slowly disappearing into cardboard boxes. There’s still plenty to do, but with our move getting closer, it’s all starting to feel VERY real now! 🥹❤️

Excited, emotional, slightly overwhelmed… and wondering how on earth we’ve accumulated this much stuff 😂🙈

Right… a little less crocheting, a LOT more packing! 😂🧶📦🏡

Another lovely batch of Crochet by Elle thistles is all packaged up and ready to be posted off to Maid of the Forth, where they’ll soon be stocked in their gorgeous gift shop! 💜

The last batch SOLD OUT… so now I’m wondering, will these little beauties disappear just as quickly?! 👀😂

There’s something very satisfying about seeing them all finished, packaged and tucked into their box after all those hours of crocheting and assembling.

Now that’s done, I think I’ve earned a biscuit… or three. ☕🍪🍪🍪

Never underestimate how much time the finishing touches take 🙈

Tags, ribbons and packaging may look like the easy part…but there’s still so much to do! I’m powering on to get this huge order completely finished and posted today 💪💜

Then it’s time to pray to the parcel delivery gods for a safe journey and arrival 🤞📦😅

What a feeling… my biggest order to date is complete! 🎉💜

72 thistles — 48 triples and 24 singles — all fully assembled and looking absolutely gorgeous together!

This order has been a huge labour of love, so I’m definitely taking a moment to feel proud of this one.

Now for the very last job… packaging this beautiful purple lot safely for their journey! 📦

A new week and the to-do list is getting more ticks! ✅

Today’s plan is to assemble 24 thistles, and my sunflower order is now fully crocheted and ready for assembly too 🌻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I do have a poorly boy at home today, so I’ll be juggling crochet with plenty of mum cuddles. We’ll see how much I manage! ❤️

A rainy Sunday here in Dundee ☔️

Yesterday was a successful packing day—my bedroom has been completely gutted and packed, with only the necessities left!

I had good intentions of having a proper clear-out too… I managed one pair of boots, one pair of trainers and two tops—and the tops only went because they were stained 😂

Oh well, I tried… could’ve tried harder haha!

Today is a more chilled Sunday—catching up on the ironing and crocheting two beautiful orders of sunflowers and carnations 🌻🌸 What are you all up to today?
