We're bringing together local organisations, activities, support services and, most importantly, creating a space where the voices of women and girls across Clackmannanshire can be heard. Whether you fancy a chat, want to meet new people, find out what's available in your community or simply enjoy a cuppa, we'd love to welcome you.

We're also incredibly lucky to have some truly inspiring local women joining us. From volunteers who give up their time to support others, to women who've built their own small businesses from the ground up, they'll be there to share their experiences, inspire others and show just how much talent, kindness and determination there is right here in our own community. 💜

People with chronic diseases and terminal diagnosis will understand this….

There are two ways to deal with it! We lie down with our head to the wall hoping it will pass us! Or the other type, determined to fight it all the way!

I am the later (never thought in a million years I would! But I’m a fighter. My head says I can do it my lungs are like what the f**k are you doing!!!)

If you see me unload my car instead of judging me thinking oh aye she’s pretending to be sick (p.s the oxygen isn’t fancy dress) offer to help! I will try my best to do anything! You don’t See the oxygen levels dipping or the cough I have!

Please just be kind!
