Business meeting… but make it a spa day

Today was all about stepping away from the noise. Between planning Christmas, mapping out the next six months of The Tallow Shed, and dreaming about what’s next, we also took time to simply be still.

The best ideas don’t always come from sitting at a desk. Sometimes they come from slowing down, resting, and giving your mind space to breathe. Taking time to nourish our minds, bodies and souls isn’t a luxury—it’s essential. When we slow down, we allow our parasympathetic nervous system to take over; our bodies can rest, recover and reset.

A gentle reminder that rest isn’t lazy. It’s necessary.
