A bespoke coastal project from last year 💙🐚

I worked closely with my lovely customer to create a collection of cushions and matching lampshades, designed specifically for their stunning coastal home.

After visiting the space and chatting through ideas, we developed a mix of our sea creature motifs, hand-painted stripes and watercolour washes, with a carefully chosen palette of blues and whites tying everything together.

From the large matching lampshades to the different cushions, each picking out a motif in the top right corner with complementary stripes on the reverse, everything was made to order and designed to work beautifully within the space.

I love how all the different patterns and details come together to create a relaxed, elegantly nautical and completely personal scheme. 💙

A little bit of under-the-sea magic at home… 🐙🪼🌊

LOVE how this custom cushion order has turned out. Our sea creatures were brought together to create a special custom design, which has been made into extra-large, feather-filled velvet cushions in rich navy, finished with vibrant hot pink piping and perfectly sized for this rather spectacular chair.

With the addition of the smaller coordinating cushions, it’s quite the statement - colourful, playful and wonderfully luxurious. 💙💗

It’s always so lovely seeing one of our designs made into something completely bespoke for a customer’s home. Thank you so much for sharing this gorgeous photograph with us. 🥰

This is one of my favourite parts of being an artist… seeing my artwork become part of someone’s home 💜

What starts as a hand-painted design in my studio can become a cushion, a lampshade, a mug or one of those little everyday pieces that make a home feel like yours.

I absolutely love seeing how these colourful coastal designs have been brought together in this gorgeous bedroom - bright, playful and full of personality. 💗

A huge thank you to my lovely customer for sharing these beautiful photographs with me, and to her daughter for choosing my designs for her room. I absolutely love seeing how she’s brought them together - it’s so special seeing my artwork in its new home. 🪼🐙🪸
