Well… this was a rather lovely surprise!

As a small independent toy shop, this really does mean such a lot to me.

What started as an online toy shop back in 2015 eventually became our little bricks-and-mortar shop here in Edwalton — packed to the rafters with traditional toys, old favourites and plenty of things that make grown-ups say:

☀️ We're Taking a Short Summer Break! ☀️

Just a quick note to let you know that The Forgotten Toy Shop will be closed from Friday 14th August until Friday 21st August while we take our annual family holiday.

🏖️ Our website will remain open, so you can still browse and place your orders as normal.

📦 Any orders placed during this time will be carefully packed and dispatched when we return on Monday 24th August.

If there's something you've had your eye on, we'd recommend ordering before 14th August so we can get it on its way before we leave.
