Just look at the detail in this beautiful Cathedral Window quilt. 😍

The amount of time, patience and skill required to create a quilt like this is truly remarkable. Every folded section has been carefully positioned and stitched, creating a stunning design full of colour, texture and intricate detail.

Projects of this scale represent many hours of dedication and craftsmanship, and the finished result is nothing short of spectacular.

🧵 Another Busy Evening at Stitch & Sewcial Moray 🧵

Our Weekender Bag Workshop members were learning how to use a walking foot and quilting guide this evening, producing some fantastic stitching and gaining confidence with new techniques.

Alongside the workshop, there was plenty of dressmaking, quilting, crochet, knitting, cross stitch and creative sewing taking place, with members making great progress on a variety of personal projects.

It’s always wonderful to see the hall filled with creativity, laughter, shared knowledge and plenty of sewing inspiration.

New members are always welcome, whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced stitcher.

Another busy and productive evening at Stitch & Sewcial Moray last night. ✂️🧵

The hall was full of creativity, conversation and plenty of sewing progress across all the groups. From dressmaking and sewing to crochet, knitting and personal projects, there was a fantastic atmosphere throughout the evening.

Our Weekender Bag Workshop is continuing to take shape beautifully, and the current Dressmaking Workshop members are making excellent progress too.

As always, it was lovely to see everyone helping, encouraging and inspiring one another. Thank you to everyone who came along.

We meet every Tuesday evening from 6.30pm–8.30pm at Trinity Church Hall, Elgin. New members are always welcome.

Another busy and productive evening at Stitch & Sewcial Moray tonight ✂️🧵

Dressmaking, sewing, crochet and plenty of projects underway — the photos speak for themselves.

The Weekender Bag Workshop is now well underway and the current Dressmaking Workshop is progressing really well, with members measuring, cutting patterns and developing new skills each week.

Reminder that we now meet every Tuesday at 6.30pm.

A lovely busy evening at Stitch & Sewcial Moray on Tuesday with plenty of creativity around the tables. Our new dressmaking workshop got underway with measuring, adjusting and cutting patterns to fit, alongside cross stitch, sewing and crochet projects all in progress. Wonderful to see everyone helping, learning and encouraging each other throughout the evening. ✂️🧵

Our brand new Weekender Bag Workshop starts on Tuesday 19th May. A fantastic project for anyone wanting to build confidence in bag making techniques while creating a beautiful practical bag to take home. Beginners and experienced makers welcome.

Some recent activities at our weekly meetings.
We have started a new needle felting group and members worked on their first project.
The recently completed Bag Workshop resulted in some beautiful and functional projects.
The current Dressmaking Workshop begins next week and we are looking forward to building up beginners skills and confidence with some more projects to challenge them with.
Some of our last beginners group have now moved on to dressmaking which is a great achievement.

Meetings are held at Trinity Church Hall at 6.30pm - 8.30pm every Tuesday evening.

Thank you to everyone who came along to our craft market yesterday – we were so lucky with the weather!
A big thank you to all our talented stall holders for their beautiful makes, and to group members and visitors for popping in and supporting us.
