Move For Mind 2023
Day 1 update

So today was the first day of my Move for Mind challenge and what an amazing way to start it off. A new year's walk with family along the top of the dunes at Winterton Beach observing (from a distance) the seals and their pups 🦭 sprawled out on the sands.

Same Brugmansia last night and this morning, I love the change in the colour of the flowers from pale pink to a soft coral colour.

Ok so August was a bit of a let down weather wise but it did give me time to do some fun cross-stitching work. 😆

Im not going to lie it been a hard few months and I've not felt like doing much else over the past few weeks, as far as plants go, so an least I kept the theme with these stitches. 💚
