Festive Snowman Charcuterie Board
Impress your holiday guests with this adorable and easy-to-assemble snowman cheese board! It’s the perfect centerpiece for your party, featuring a creamy cheese ball head, a savory beef salami scarf, and plenty of fresh fruit and nuts for grazing.
📝 Ingredients:
• 1 round cream cheese ball (rolled in white cheddar shavings or plain)
• 2 cups white cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
• 1 package beef salami slices
• 1 cup green grapes
• 1 cup blackberries
• 1/2 cup blueberries
• 1 baby carrot
• 1 red apple, sliced
• 1/2 cup roasted almonds
• 1/2 cup walnuts
• 6-8 slices yellow cheddar cheese (rectangular slices)
• 6-8 slices Swiss or Provolone cheese (triangular slices)
• 2 pretzel sticks
• Dark crackers or a piece of trimmed nori (seaweed) for the hat
📝 Directions:
1. Begin by placing the round cream cheese ball near the top center of a large wooden board to serve as the snowman’s head.
2. Arrange the white cheddar cheese cubes below the head in a rounded, oval shape to form the snowman’s body.
3. Fold slices of beef salami and arrange them around the “neck” area where the head meets the body to create a scarf, letting the ends drape down over the cheese cubes.
4. Create the face on the cheese ball using two blueberries for eyes, a row of blueberries for the mouth, and the baby carrot for the nose.
5. Place a dark cracker or a piece of nori cut into a rectangle shape on top of the head to form the top hat.
6. Place three or four blackberries down the center of the cheese cube body to look like buttons.
7. Insert a pretzel stick into each side of the body to serve as the snowman’s arms.
8. Fill the space to the left of the snowman with folded beef salami slices, almonds, and fanned-out yellow cheddar cheese slices.
9. Fill the space to the right of the snowman with walnuts, fanned-out Swiss cheese, and apple slices (rub apples with lemon juice to prevent browning).
10. Fill any remaining gaps around the snowman with green grapes and extra blackberries to complete the board.
