We're messing with a classic and making it distinctly Kentish and bang in season!
Our easy Waldorf Salad recipe features delicious locally grown apples, and we're swapping out walnuts for cobnuts! If you have any leftover roast chicken, then pop that in too!

Today Sam & Sophie are taking on the South Coast Ultra Challenge – a remarkable 100km trek from Eastbourne to Arundel over two days.
They're walking in support of Meningitis Research Foundation, raising funds in memory of Juliette, who we sadly lost to meningitis earlier this year.
