🍂HEDGEROW HEARTS 🍂

These chocolate hearts are my love letter to the Scottish countryside. They are a celebration of the bounties of the season, a hand painted milk chocolate shell filled with bramble jam, blackcurrant ganache and roasted spiced apple ganache. Fruit that’s been picked locally by me and turned into something magical.
These are extremely limited edition and very special bars - truly one of a kind!
Brambles from Forfar Loch, Blackcurrants from a friend’s garden and Apples from My aunty Lynn’s garden, all picked with my own two hands🍏

There’s a few available to order online now and I’ll have the rest with me at The Barrie Box Farm Shop & Cafe Harvest market on Sunday from 11-4 🍁

Passion fruit bonbons 🍫
A layer of a passion fruit & vanilla butter caramel with a layer of milk chocolate and passion fruit ganache. All together in a milk chocolate shell. Award winning and featured in our Signature Collection, this little bonbon has won over a lot of hearts since we created it back in 2020! Have you tried it?

Morning! 👋

It’s a big cleaning and packing day in the kitchen today - not the best jobs but so essential to keep the kitchen running smoothly. I’m packing up all of our brand new, seasonal chocolate bar flavours. Each week I keep collecting new ingredients and I’m desperate to keep using them all 🤣 there’s not enough time or space in the kitchen for the creativity that I feel this time of year!
I’ve got brambles from our local loch and apples from my aunties garden to play with next week. In the meantime we’ve got lots of wonderful products on our fully stocked website, including the beautiful bars pictured above!
