All I ask is that you take one of my cards and stick it on your fridge - next time you need some flowers get in touch!

I also offer subsriptions to local businesses aswell as to someone who may just need some flowers every week to brighten their day….☀️
No air miles, no nasties, just fresh locally down and grown flowers from my garden. That’s it really.

Thanks to Kokutan for some particularly gorgeous dahlias and pink snaps. 👌🌸

Lots happening in the garden here - with more raised beds, paths and steps being put in. Trying to make it slightly less dangerous for people using my home-made steps when holding events in the garden! 🫣
Also removing lots of spreading bamboo and adding a new seating area…😬 updates will follow….!

Time is a strange thing - childhood feels like a distance memory and then we are taken back by someone’s words, song, a joke or a place. Can’t believe dad would have been 90 last week. I’m not sure he would have been very keen on being old, being such a plane, train and automobile fanatic!
Whenever we lost an animal when we were growing up (and we had a lot of animals over the years) Dad would stick a photo of them on his ‘absent friends’ wall. A little reminder to him of the joy they brought and not to forget. I like to think of Dad on that wall now - never forgotten and much loved.
Happy birthday dad and happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there - whether they are still with you or on your absent friends wall . ♥️
