Nothing breaks my heart more than an order not getting to where it needs to be, when it was meant to arrive 💔

The whole chain of disappointment gets me every single time, no matter how long I’ve been doing this - my client, your client, the celebrant…

Just a little note because although this is a business, there’s a real person behind it all.

I know business etiquette often says to separate yourself from your business, and that if you can’t handle it, maybe it’s not for you. But while working is a choice, it’s also something we have to do to survive and provide for the people who rely on us.

So let’s all try to be a little kinder.
