Jumble & Co are hosting two special evenings in support of Mind, where we’ll be hosting energising conversations exploring mental health and wellbeing.
Our first event will centre conversations surrounding men's mental health, led by Shoulder to Shoulder co- founders, Tom Stroud and Dan Shrigley, who have built one of the UK’s fastest-growing and value-led men’s communities. They will be joined by award-winning TV presenter, broadcaster and journalist Aidy Smith, Jumble & Co’s CEO Shahrazz Hayat and Tom Boon, Digital Content & Social Media Manager from Mind.
The second event will focus on issues impacting women's mental health, led by lifestyle and beauty journalists Lucy Partington and Laura Capon, bringing their insight and perspective to the conversation. They will be joined by writer, broadcaster, author and activist Grace Victory, Jumble &
Co’s CEO Shahrazz Hayat and Helena Nussey, Senior Lived Experience Officer from Mind.
