Where has the time gone? Feels like only yesterday I was reading submissions and struck gold.

Welcome to the brainchild of the amazing Laura McGarrick.

The Parts That Had to Hide is a powerful book:

Drawing on lived experience as a late-diagnosed autistic adult, Laura McGarrick examines the lifelong impact of masking, adaptation, sensory sensitivity, burnout, emotional suppression, and the gradual loss of connection with the authentic self. Rather than viewing these experiences as personal failings, she reframes them as understandable responses to environments that were never designed with autistic needs in mind.
