When the fabric scraps bag is overflowing…

I hate throwing fabric off-cuts away, no matter how small. But my scraps bag was bursting and I had to do something with them.

It’s not often I actually make something just for myself. But having ‘temporarily misplaced’ my set of coasters I knew I needed to make some!!

And oh my gosh, they are beautiful 😍

I’m pretty sure this lads cake topper requests get more challenging every year.

Now, I have not a clue when it comes to Minecraft, and he had a very specific request for Steve to be included; I’m pretty sure I cut about 16 different versions of the body to try and get something that looked right.

The final result was pretty good, but when it was added to the amazing Brownie Stack Cake his Mum made him, the whole combination looked epic!!

Guess I better start preparing for next years request 😂

My first big (and very important) order 💖

56 hand tied bows, personalised for wedding place names. These were a lovely alternative to traditional place name cards.

Cream was the colour of choice, complimented with black text. And they looked beautiful on the tables.

It was a pleasure to have been asked to do these and I wish the newlyweds and long and happy future together.
