We know that if you shop around, you may find personalised products cheaper elsewhere. We completely understand that price matters, especially with the cost of living continuing to affect everyone.
We’re often told, “I can get that cheaper at B&M or Home Bargains.” And yes, sometimes you probably can.
However, large retailers have enormous buying power. They purchase stock in quantities that a small, independent business like Absolutely Personal simply can’t compete with.
We also don’t operate from a kitchen table. Absolutely Personal runs from dedicated business premises, which brings genuine overheads—including stock, packaging, postage, VAT, website fees, insurance, equipment, ICO fees, electricity, accountancy fees, waste collection, storage and many other costs involved in running a legitimate and sustainable business.
As Absolutely Personal has grown, those costs have grown too.
One thing we have never been willing to compromise on is quality. We don’t choose inferior products simply to bring our prices down, and we don’t use cheaper alternatives just to make the numbers look better.
We carefully select products that we genuinely believe our customers will love. We’re also proud to offer a fantastic variety of personalised options you won’t always find at large high-street retailers.
Could we make some things cheaper? Probably.
But doing so would mean compromising on quality, service or the products we offer—and that isn’t what Absolutely Personal stands for.
When you order from us, you’re not simply buying a product. You’re supporting a genuine, independent business and the real people and families behind it. You’re supporting something that has been built from the ground up with a huge amount of hard work, care and determination.

We will always do our best to provide excellent value, quality products and the very best service. At the same time, we must price our products in a way that allows Absolutely Personal to remain sustainable and continue serving our customers in the future.
So yes, you may sometimes find something cheaper elsewhere.
