IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT..
This was the first ever bouquet I put together. Every stem in this bouquet was grown from seed. That was my passion and my vision for Belladonna blooms . Unfortunately due to demand and seasons I had to quickly move to buying in wholesale blooms. I have had 2 amazing years at this business and it is with absolute heartache I am having to give the fresh flowers side of the business up.
It all started as the growing side of the business gave me so much pleasure but unfortunately it was never my intention to import flowers from abroad. The wholesalers charge an astronomical price and in such a small place unfortunately they do not warrant me continuing.
I will still grow my own flowers but wether I sell them in the future at this time I am not sure.
I will however continue to sell artificial arrangements and wreaths throughout the year. And who knows the odd bunch of fresh home grown may be available in the summer months.
Too many small businesses locally are suffering behind closed doors but unfortunately it is the way of the world now. Big corporations and online selling really do have the monopoly and unless society as a whole changes we will see many more local closures
Thank you to each and every one of you for supporting me over the past 2 years. I do have ideas for the future but for now I'm taking some time to reflect. Thank you all once again. Jo xx
