Good morning & happy Saturday ❤️ I’m not going to be around much today! 💕

I’m off to the hairdressers first thing this morning 💇‍♀️✨ and then this afternoon I’m heading out shopping 🛍️ followed by a lovely meal ❤️🍽️

It’s our wedding anniversary, so today is all about taking a little time out and enjoying ourselves. 🥂💕

Right, I need a little rant… 🙈

Does anyone else find it incredibly frustrating when you join groups because you genuinely like supporting small businesses and buying their products, only to find that once they’ve taken your money, the customer service seems to disappear?

You ask a question… ignored.
You ask for a bit of advice… ignored.
You ask where your order is… ignored.
You post something in their group… ignored or not approved.

But then, when they’ve got something new to sell, suddenly they can find you and tag you! 🤦‍♀️😂

I completely understand that people get busy, and I’m not expecting anyone to sit on Facebook 24/7 answering messages. But if you’re running a business and taking people’s money, surely a basic level of communication and customer service isn’t too much to expect?

And honestly, whether some people are getting too big for their boots or just think they’re above everyone else, I don’t know… but it really does leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Small businesses rely on customers supporting them. That support should work both ways.

If someone is good enough to take your money, they’re good enough to answer you.

Rant over. 😂🙈
