We welcome you to our Poppy Patch shop A lovely barn conversion with a spacious and light filled classroom and fabric shop. We supply quality products and training services to keen or novice hobbyists. We are based in a converted barn in the quiet village of Great Doddington, 7 miles from Northampton, and just twelve miles from junction 15 of the M1.

We had an absolutely brilliant time last week when Anni Downs of Hatched and Patched joined us for a very special visit ❤️
She arrived with a treasure‑trove of quilts, bags and stitched delights, turning Poppy Patch into a little world of colour and story. These photos show quilts draped along the walls – but it still doesn’t do them justice. In person they were truly breathtaking and full of beautiful detail. We have a Monthly Patchwork with Janet Goddard ❤️
The next one is on Friday 18th September you will be sewing a Craft Bag for this workshop but each month changes – This craft bag is perfect for storing sewing, knitting or craft supplies. The handy pockets on the outside are useful for threads and small notions while the roomy inside will take larger tools. The bag is softly padded with wadding and closes with a drawstring top.
