☀️ PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT ☀️
As we move through the warmer months, we will be closely monitoring temperatures and weather conditions to help ensure your Maple Mollys treats arrive in the best possible condition.
Please take a moment to read the FAQs and storage information included with your parcel. Correct storage is essential during warmer weather.
📦 Storage Guidance:
• Do not store your chocolates in the refrigerator.
• Store your box away from bright lights and direct sunlight.
• A cool, dry, dark place is best — for example, the bottom of a cool wardrobe.
• Keep products in their original packaging until ready to enjoy.
🌡️ Summer Operations:
Throughout the summer months, we will do our very best to plan production and dispatches around the weather. Where temperatures allow, we will continue making and sending orders as normal.
However, if temperatures become too high for us to safely make products or dispatch parcels without risking quality, we may occasionally need to delay orders. Should this happen, we will contact affected customers as far in advance as possible and keep you fully updated (we don’t want you receiving puddles of chocolate 💦)
🚚 Dispatches:
During warmer periods, some orders may also be dispatched earlier than originally expected to help avoid parcels spending unnecessary time in delivery networks during peak temperatures.
🥨 Fortune Cookies & Pretzels:
These items are always made approximately three weeks before wedding dates and are not affected by any early dispatch arrangements.
