Business Milestone Met! 💫

I am absolutely thrilled to share that I feature as a Local Legend in the August issue of magazine! 📖 This is a huge business bucket-list moment for me.

This mornings children's art class was absolutely brilliant. So many different techniques were practiced today and what a brilliant array of artistic styles were explored as seen in the finished paintings.

I wanted to post lots of photo's because I was so blown away by the fantastic effort that the kid's put in, it was a pleasure and delight teaching them.

Massive well done!!!

These two joy filled classes were the last ones of the school year, as we break for the summer holidays, but everyone got to take a little gift away for being so amazing and they all have a bit of homework over the holidays too! So keep practicing what we have learnt over the past year and send me those pics!

A huge thank you for all the parents that have sent your children to my classes, they really have done you proud with their creativity and hard work.

Have a brilliant summer holiday and we'll be back in the fall,the first of which will be Sunday 13th September 💥

Meet Jessie - isn't she a beauty. This hand painted rendition was completed with a photo reference.

I have added a couple of progress images but I really must remember to take more but it does give a flavour of the layering and depth that goes into realistic renditions.

Truly pleased with the finished portrait and so grateful for the opportunity to paint Jessie.

Winsor Newton acrylic paint was used on Clairfontaine 360gsm acid free paper, mounted on A4 acid free mount.

This portrait is now proudly with its owner, a very special gift from my amazing client that commissioned this work.

On Sunday, at the children's art class, we worked on painting some incredible bee's and we even had the glitter out which caused more than a few squeals!

Amazing masterpeices guys - huge well done 💥

🚸 The next kid's art class is coming up, for anyone whose children want to come along on Sunday and work on their art.

🎨 We explore different themes every month, so it's a great place to have fun but also grow confidence and develop new techniques.

A huge thank you for all the hard work put in by the children at yesterday's art sessions.

We tried a couple of new techniques out as we got creative with painting a highland cow. It's amazing seeing such a variation of artistic style coming through in the art work produced and I am sharing loads of photos because they all looked fantastic!
