We have you covered. Due to our products being personalised we are unable to offer refunds or returns. Once you have placed your order you will then be required to make full payment for all personalised items even if you decide to cancel. If a product is received damaged we will require photographic evidence of the damage including the packaging. If this occurs we will be able to offer you a repla

cement for the exact same item but we will not be able to offer you a refund. Any personal details that are taken with your order will be filed internally for 6 months and will then be destroyed. 🕰 I know it’s been a long wait but I just want to have everything 100% before booking people in.

📦I am just waiting for a couple more deliveries to finish my packs but wanted to give everyone the dates so I can start reserving your places ☃️

🎅🏼Dates and times are as follow -

❄️ 2nd & 3rd December - 5pm-7.30pm
❄️ 4th & 5th December - 2pm - 8pm
❄️ 18th & 19th December - 2pm - 8pm
❄️ 20th & 21st December - 5pm - 7.30pm
❄️ 23rd & 24th December - 12pm - 5pm

🎅🏼Please contact me to reserve your places!

Once packs are made I will send you the details so you can choose which pack you would like and at that point pay a deposit.

T&C of reservations-
Anyone that doesn’t respond to the pack choices within 24 hours may risk loosing the reserved place.

🛷Packs will be available for collection or delivery without Santa visits!
