Three years ago, Vicky and I started drawing a collection inspired by the places we love most.

Every flower, beach hut, coastal house and figure began as a hand-drawn illustration before becoming part of Days Like These.

It’s been a long journey, but seeing it finally come to life has made every pencil line worth it.

Before there was wallpaper, there were hundreds of pencil lines.

Every flower, beach hut, coastal house and figure in Days Like These began life as a hand-drawn illustration before becoming part of the final design.

It’s a slower way of designing, but we wouldn’t do it any other way.

Nantucket or England?
For years, we’ve been drawn to both.

The weatherboard houses and hydrangeas of Nantucket. The beach huts, wild grasses and easy days by the water of the English coast.

Two places. Two very different coastlines.
But somehow, the same feeling.

So when we began drawing our newest design, we decided not to choose.

Which would you choose — Nantucket or England?
