Day out at IdeaFest today and boy… what a world it turned out to be!

Getting to finally meet my coach and mentor, Joy Foster, IN PERSON after working with her for over 2 years was pretty special. And then meeting Tim Foster, Olympian rower and coach, was another amazing moment.

Hearing Daniel Priestley and so many other inspiring people, brands and stories. So much to take in, learn from and be inspired by.

But most of all… my soul is happy because of my fellow Techpixies ...

POV: You realise the things that made you happiest as a child are still free.

Monsoon rain.
Barefoot dancing.
Laughing till your cheeks hurt.

Growing up, the rains meant one thing, run outside and get soaked!

And thats what I did. The rain brought back that little girl in me.

So I took my kids, stepped outside, and we danced in the rain.

No fancy plans.
No screens.
Just rain, joy, laughter, and mindful moments.

Maybe growing up isn’t about leaving childhood behind… maybe it’s about finding it again.
